These conditions of sale apply to the products sold on the site www.les1001laisses.wixsite.com/les1001laisses operated and put online by the company of Stéphanie MÉNARD.
These conditions of sale apply between the company Les Mille et Une Laisses and any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase on the site www.les1001laisses.wixsite.com/les1001laisses. The buyer declares to have full legal capacity. 
The conditions applicable to the order of a product by a customer are those in force on the day of the order.

Article 1: Acceptance of the general conditions
The Customer acknowledges having read and expressly accepted the General Conditions of Sale in force on the day of the Order, prior to placing his Order on the Site. The acceptance of the general conditions of sale is carried out by the validation of the order by the customer. By making the payment, the user indicates that he accepts these general conditions without reservation. These conditions are the only ones applicable and prevail over all other conditions.

Article 2: The contract
The contract may be updated or modified at any time. 
The applicable conditions are those in force on the Les Mille et Une Laisses website during the validation of the order. It is therefore necessary to read them again with each order.

Article 3: Products
The products offered on the site are those described at the time of consultation by the customer. Les Mille et Une Laisses undertakes to pay attention to the description of its products and provides as much detail as possible on them. Les Mille et Une Laisses ensures that the photos reflect the reality as faithfully as possible, but it is possible that the similarity is not exact in terms of color, size or other.
A non-substantial difference may therefore be present on the site, which the customer acknowledges and accepts.

Les Mille et Une Laisses products are sold within the limits of available stocks. In the case of a specific order, out of stock, the order will be validated beforehand with the customer by means of an order form sent by email, after validation the specific order will be due in full. In the event of a shortage of stock after the validation of the order, the customer will receive an email: the order will be canceled and the buyer reimbursed or the delivery time extended after the customer's agreement.

Article 4: Prices
The prices displayed on the site are in euros, all taxes included (French VAT and other taxes applicable on the day of the order) but excluding shipping costs (order processing, packaging and delivery).
Les Mille et Une Laisses reserves the right to modify the prices of the products but the price invoiced to the customer will always be that displayed at the time of the validation of the order, subject to availability.
For deliveries abroad, the payment of duties, various taxes and customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer.

Article 5: The customer
The customer must be attentive to the registration of his personal data and to the accuracy of the latter. Les Mille et Une Laisses is not held responsible in case of impossibility to deliver the product due to an error of the customer in the recording of his personal data.
Les Mille et Une Laisses is not responsible for verifying the identity of the client.

Article 6: Ordering methods
The customer must imperatively follow the different steps set up on the Les Mille et Une Laisses site, to validate his order.
From the moment the order is validated, the customer then accepts all the stipulations and this takes on the value of a contract.

Les Mille et Une Laisses reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time for legitimate reasons. Indeed, Les Mille et Une Laisses may refuse or cancel your order if a dispute arises concerning the payment of the order or a previous order or if Les Mille et Une Laisses suspects a violation of the general conditions of sale or any attempt of fraud.

Article 7: Delivery
In accordance with the provisions of article L 121-20-3 of the consumer code, the products of Les Mille et Une Laisses ordered are delivered, insofar as stocks are available, within the deadlines indicated on the site from validation of the order.
The customer will be informed of any delay in delivery of which Les Mille et Une Laisses is aware.
Your order will be delivered to the address communicated to Les Mille et Une Laisses at the time of your purchase.
Deliveries are made by La Poste via Colissimo or letter followed and are therefore added to the prices of the products invoiced.
If your order exceeds 95 € including tax, the delivery costs are offered to you in Metropolitan France exclusively.
Shipments of multiple products ordered at the same time may be split depending on product availability.
From the dispatch of the order, the average delivery times are as follows:
2 to 5 working days by Colissimo for France;
3 to 5 working days by Mondial Relay for France

Article 8: Delivery problem due to the carrier
We have chosen to ship our orders with La Poste via Colissimo or tracked letter, Mondial Relay.
However, it is possible, as in any expedition, that there may be a delay in delivery.
Les Mille et Une Laisses and the carriers being separate and independent entities, Les Mille et Une Laisses cannot be held responsible for any delay and error in delivery or loss of parcels attributable to La Poste via Colissimo or Mondial Relay.
In the event of a delay in delivery compared to the date that we indicated to you in the shipping email, we ask that you notify us of this delay by writing to us via the contact form on the site www.les1001laisses.wixsite.com /the1001leashes

Article 9: Payment
All payments must be made in Euros or Dollars.
The website www.les1001laisses.wixsite.com/les1001laisses  offers secure payment by credit card. After confirming the order, the latter will validate it once the payment has been made. The customer guarantees that he has the necessary authorizations to use the method of payment selected during the validation of his order. Purchases are debited from the customer's account at the time the order is processed. 
In the event of refusal to authorize payment by credit card from officially accredited and usual Internet organizations or in the event of non-payment or in the event of non-payment of all or part of a previous Order, Les Mille et Une Laisses reserves the right to suspend any Order management and any delivery.

Article 10: Transfer of risks
The risks associated with the products are transferred to the customer when the customer or a third party designated by the latter and other than the carrier takes physical possession of the products.

Article 11: Communication
Any communication to be made with regard to the customer will be deemed to have been correctly made if it is sent to the electronic or postal address indicated by the customer when the contract is concluded.

Article 12: Methods of return and refunds 
Return conditions:
If the customer is not completely satisfied with the products of Les Mille et Une Laisses, the latter has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the day of receipt of his order to return one or more products of the order. 
If the Order is not returned within the time limit, the Order will be deemed final and no refund can be made, with the exception of the cases provided for in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Returns must be made in their original and complete condition. Thus damaged, soiled or incomplete products will not be taken back. 
All returns will be subject to rigorous checks by Les Mille et Une Laisses to ensure that the returned products are compliant.

Upon receipt of the package by Les Mille et Une Laisses and subject to these return conditions, we will refund the order excluding delivery costs, by credit to the customer's bank account or according to the method of payment used by the Customer. within 14 days of receipt of the package by the seller.
In the case of personalized products, article L121-20-2 of the Consumer Code stipulates that “The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised: Supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized”. However, Les Mille et Une Laisses undertakes to exchange your product in the case of a defective or non-compliant product.

Article 13: Guarantee and responsibilities
In accordance with article 217-4 of the Consumer Code, Les Mille et Une Laisses will be liable for any lack of conformity which may exist when the product is delivered and which appears within a period of 1 year from this.
If the customer uses the products abnormally or otherwise, the consequences resulting from these uses are excluded from the scope of the contractual guarantees of Les Mille et Une Laisses. The defect will be deemed non-existent if, at the time of conclusion of the contract, the customer was aware of the lack of conformity or could not reasonably be unaware of it or if the lack of conformity is attributable to him.
However, we point out that in this respect it is necessary to take into account the special nature of our products and that the Customer is required to take care of them. We invite you to read the advice on maintenance and use on the site.
It is agreed that the Customer must notify us of any lack of conformity, in writing, within a maximum period of two months from the day on which he noticed the defect. Failure to comply with this obligation will result in the loss of the Customer's rights for lack of conformity.
Les Mille et Une Laisses reminds you that show leashes should never be used to tie up a dog on a walk. Les Mille et Une Laisses cannot be held responsible in the event of an accident while using its products.
Les Mille et Une Laisses has only an obligation of means during the use of its site by the customer within the framework of a consultation or an order and its responsibility cannot be engaged for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet network, an external intrusion or any case of force majeure beyond its control.

Article 14: Personal data
Les Mille et Une Laisses undertakes not to disclose the personal information of its customers to third parties. This information is essential for the processing of orders and their delivery.
This data will therefore be treated confidentially by Les Mille et Une Laisses. The customer can still rectify or delete data concerning him under article 34 of the law of January 6, 1978, he can therefore exercise his right. Article 15: Waiver
No waiver on our part of any of our rights can only be deduced from the express, certain and written expression to this effect.

Article 16: Retention of title
The Products remain the property of Les Mille et Une Laisses until full payment of the price of the Order. No dispute relating to the delivery itself is possible if the package appears to have been delivered, the carrier's computer system or the signature of the receipt being authentic.

Article 17: Proof and Storage and archiving of transactions
Les Mille et Une Laisses recommends that the customer keep a paper trail or a reliable computer medium for all data relating to their order.
The computerized registers, kept in Les Mille et Une Laisses computer systems under reasonable security conditions, will be considered as proof of communications, orders and payments between the Parties.

Article 18: Competent courts
These general conditions of sale comply with French rights and laws. In the event of a dispute, the French courts within the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal of Paris will have sole jurisdiction.
Any Order from a Customer entails on his part the explicit and irrevocable renunciation of any action of any nature whatsoever which would not come under the exclusive jurisdiction of French law.
